Minimum Spend & Pricing

A minimum spend of $1,400 applies for bookings on Saturday and Sunday events.

A service/call-out fee applies to each event. This fee starts at $300, and may vary depending on the event location, access, setup requirements, and travel time.

Children under 5 years old eat free - Max 30 children.

Children under 12 years old are charged at half price of the agreed per-person rate.
Dietary Requirements
We cater to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options. All dietary needs must be communicated at the time of booking or no later than 7 days prior to the event. While we take every reasonable precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is entirely free from allergens.
Venue Requirements

Our oven is gas-powered. However, a standard power supply is still required to operate the conveyor belt mechanism.

If electricity cannot be provided at the venue, this must be communicated at the time of booking, so that we can arrange to hire and bring a generator to meet power requirements. Additional hire and transport fees may apply.

The client must also ensure the event location is suitable for safe setup and operation, including sufficient space for equipment and staff.
Booking, Confirmation & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (amount and payment instructions will be included in your invoice).

A deposit (non-refundable unless otherwise stated) is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment is required at least 3 business days prior to the event date, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payments can be made via Cash OR Bank Transfer.

The final guest count and menu selection must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

Changes to the event details (such as location, time, or setup) must be communicated as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as staffing, produce, and preparation costs will have been incurred.

Postponements may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability.
